Ouverture in F, FWV K: F6~Edited by Brian Clark.
This orchestral suite survives as a set of parts at the Sächsische Landesbibliothek, Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek, Dresden, partly in the hand of the leader of the court orchestra at the time, Johann David Pisendel. According to local practice, two flute parts were also copied, but I have chosen to omit them from the score. After the French ouverture come an Air polonaise, a Bouree, an Aria andante, a Jardiniers, and a Menuet, which Pisendel marks "moderato".
Performing set: Score and a set of single parts. Extra parts are available.
