Concerto in D, TWV54: D4~Edited by Kim Patrick Clow.
This four movement concerto is Telemann at his best. Three of the movements are scored for trumpets, timpani and strings, while the brass are tacet in the third, while two oboes double the violins. Whether or not they should do so in the others is up to performers.
Performing set: Score, set of single parts (including two of each violin, to allow doubling by oboes).
