Sonata in G minor
This three movement sonata is the second of Goldberg's surviving trios. The opening Adagio is followed by an Allegro and a Minuet. All three display Goldberg's contrapuntal abilities.

Sonata in A minor
The last of Goldberg's trio sonatas also has four movements; the opening Adagio and Allegro are contrapuntal, while the Alla Siciliana is more homophonic. The final Allegro assai is once more based on imitation.
