Lorenzo Somis

Op. 3 was published by the Parisian company LeClerc & Boivin in 1725. As well as being a virtuoso violinist, Lorenzo Somis was a talented artist, and among the paintings he produced in Turin included portraits of Antonio Lotti and his own brother, also a virtuoso violinist and composer.
